Full Service Wedding Planning 

  • Customized Vendor Research, Recommendations & Management: Includes but is not limited to photographers, videographers, florists, rentals, DJs, bands & live music, accommodations, transportation, stationery & signage, photo booths, cakes & desserts, officiants, and more.

  • Venue Meeting & Walkthrough

  • Vendor Coordination & Meetings: Organize and attend vendor calls and meetings.

  • Contract Review & Negotiations: Detailed review and negotiation of vendor contracts.

  • Custom Event Design & Decor: Personalized event design and decoration services.

  • Personalized Mood Board Creation: Develop a mood board with your floral and rental wish list.

  • Food & Beverage Guidance: Assistance with choosing food and beverage services.

  • Venue Review: Review event orders, rules, and requirements of the venue.

  • Insurance Management: Collect and submit all vendor insurance requirements.

  • Timeline Creation & Management: Create and manage your event timeline.

  • Vendor Communication: Facilitate communication with all vendors.

  • Final Document Distribution: Distribute and communicate final documents, including the timeline and layouts, to all vendors.

  • Rehearsal Coordination: Oversee and lead the rehearsal, including collection and inventory of event items.

  • On-Site Leadership: Lead planner present on-site for up to 10 hours on the wedding day.

  • On-Site Assistance: Assistant available on-site for up to 10 hours on the wedding day. Additional assistance may be required based on needs.

  • Setup & Cleanup: Manage setup and cleanup of small decor items on the wedding day.

  • Event Coordination: Ensure the wedding day runs smoothly and according to the final timeline.
